Very happy that these guys were the food truck at Secatogue Brewery yesterday afternoon. On a miserably rainy day, we ordered the BBQ chicken grilled cheese, Mac & Cheese, Cornbread, and obviously the banana pudding. Needless to say, the food was amazing and my Godson could not get enough of the pudding.

The meat came out on a metal tray lined with butcher paper, dark with smoke and glistening with fat, the edges crisp where the fire had licked it clean. The brisket lay in thick slabs, the grain of it pulling apart with the barest touch, the bark black as the barrel of a gun. The ribs were stacked like cordwood, their lacquered surface rich with spice and smoke, the bones slipping free as if they too had surrendered to the slow alchemy of heat and time. The sides came in little tin cups, humble and honest. Pinto beans slow-cooked with bits of pork, their broth thick and savory. A mound of slaw, bright and biting, cutting through the weight of the meal like a cool wind through dry country. And cornbread, golden and warm, crumbling at the edges, the butter melting into it like the last light of day sinking below the horizon. The air was thick with the scent of hickory and mesquite, the slow burn of coals still glowing in the pit. A man behind the counter nodded as he wiped his hands on a rag, his work done for now. Outside, the world went on as it always had, indifferent to the labors of men. But here, in this quiet temple of fire and flesh, there was nothing but the food before you, the company beside you, and the silence of a hunger made whole.

The baked beans and Mac-n-cheese is incredible. And that’s the tip of the iceberg. Their brisket is impeccable. The turkey?! Oof. Unbelievable. Must try, must have food on Long Island.

They catered for my husbands 40th Surprise Party this past weekend. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. They were so kind and super accommodating. Everyone RAVED about the food. High recommend.

Went to two different breweries one on a Friday and one on a Sunday and these guys were at both! The first day we ordered the pulled pork, mac and cheese w/ cornbread. The pulled pork was so tender and juicy. It had so much flavor as well. The mac and cheese was so creamy and tasted great! As for the homemade corn bread, absolutely delicious. We ordered their homemade sauces as well that were all perfect for dipping the pulled pork in. The following day we ordered the same but added the brisket and potato salad. The brisket was full of flavor, tender and juicy. As for potato salad, I am not a mustard fan but this was really good. Yes it is mustard forward but with the potatoes it was actually really good. I highly recommend Crossroads Que if you see them. Cannot wait to try the rest of the menu!

I’ve had Franklin BBQ in Texas and this brisket sandwich is right up there. Dry rub spare ribs are competition quality and spiced perfectly. Mustard based potato salad is a must side and the corn bread hits. I’ve tried a few trucks around Long Island and no one is close.

This is the most authentic oak smoked BBQ on Long Island. Book your family party with these guys and you won't be disappointed. Brisket is King. Pulled pork second to none. Cucumber salad is insane
